Easter (not in order)

So after we got rescued from our car mishap we made it home for easter. We had to be back, it was the first easter Mikey would understand what to do. Luckily, Grammy colored eggs with him saturday so we were prepared for sunday. We had an egg hunt, and he promptly requested we hide the eggs again. He didnt seem to have any interest in the candy, just in hiding the eggs again and again. Mikey got a train set for easter, he loved it, but thing I ever bought from IKEA besides the trash cans.

My mom said that he requested to give each person an egg with their intial. So there was a Mikey egg, a Daddy egg, a Mommy egg, a Grammy egg, a Poppy egg, and yes a kitty egg.
All the colored eggs. We had our traditional easter breakfast of blueberry muffins, colored egg, and strawberries. I think mikey had... nothing.

After church we headed to my aunt and uncle's for easter dinner. My grandparents and other aunt and uncle were there as well... so there were a ton of kids. We brought 100+ eggs, my aunt had a ton of eggs, and there were about 10 kids... they each got a ton of eggs. It basically looked like the easter bunny threw up on the lawn, there were just so many eggs. Mikey loved it!

my aunt got each of the kids bunny ears... at first mikey was apprehensive but he warmed up to the idea over time.
 Cute bunny.

See all the eggs, well it is a little bit hard to see in the picture and it was picked through a bit at this point, but let's just say there were a ton.
He understood what to do this time around.

Daddy helped, though I think he may have wanted the eggs for himself.
My aunt had confetti eggs for the kids at the end. I never heard of them before but boy did those kids love cracking them over people's heads. Mikey didnt really get it but my 11 year old cousin tried really hard to teach him what to do.
